Nature and Art combined to make the Rose Court a favorite spot at the World’s Fair. The sculpted figures, apparently suspended in mid-air, on the portico of the Business Systems and Insurance Building, and the statue “Builders of the Future” by the famous sculptor Zorach, are strikingly set off in a magnificent planting of linked hedges and thousands of tulips, part of the million tulips given to the Fair by the Holland Bulb Growers with the aid of the Dutch Government.
