Italian Pavilion
Postcard courtesy of Cathy Scibelli

The Italian pavilion is a beautiful product of architecture. A statue of the Goddess Roma rises above its colonnaded front with a cascade of water foaming down the steps into a pool at the base of the monument to Marconi. The products of Italy are display, and also the progress in recent years and the development of its colonial empire is pictured.
