The Administration Building is the nerve center of the Fair from which Mr. Whalen and his headquarters staff of more than 700 workers coordinate the many activities at the Fair. Mithrana, the sculptured figure in high relief on the outside of the Rotunda, personifies the friendly welcome awaiting visitors to the Fair.
