Firestone Tire and Rubber Company Building
Postcard courtesy of Bob Catania

The Firestone Factory and exhibition Building covers three and one-half acres, and houses a modern tire factory producing a finished tire every four minutes. A great rotunda forming the entrance is surmounted by a brilliantly lighted fin towering 100 ft. in the air. The outdoor feature of the exhibit is a typical American farm, with barns, granary and other buildings, and modernized with rubber-tired tractors and implements. Cattle, sheep, chickens and other livestock roam the field. George McLaughlin is the designer.
