Aviation Building New York World’s Fair
The Aviation Building was designed to give visitors the impression of arriving at a large and busy airport. In the central portion of the structure is an exhibit of the latest type of planes, including and plane of tomorrow. At the floor level, exhibits of agencies co-operation to increase the safety and speed of air travel. The architect is William Lescaze with JU. Gordon Carr as associate.
