The Bendix Lama Temple was a 28,000-piece full-sized replica of the 1767 Potala temple in Jehol, Manchuria. Commissioned  by Vincent Hugo Bendix the temple was previously at the Chicago Expo in 1933.

After not getting much attention in 1939, a girlie show was addend in 1940.
